DOW after the Bailout

I sure am glad the unconstitutional, socialist bailout, which our politicians and our president said was extremely urgent, has worked so far to stable the economy. The Dow is down almost 2,000 points since the bill was signed.

McCain = Marx

"Well, you guys might have thought that we were witnessing a kind of dull civics course, but in fact, we were witnessing tonight something quite profound -- and that was the sinking ship of free-market Republicans keel over, groan and fall to the bottom of the sea."

Bailout Passes, Stock Market Drops

The infinite wisdom of our communist representatives in Washington, DC believed that the bailout bill was "necessary". You would think that the market would have soared on the news that the socialist bailout bill was passed today. Not so. The market was up 300 points before the bailout today and the DOW dropped over 150 points after the bailout was passed by Congress. Things that make you go hmmmmmmmm.

Bailout Is Unconstitutional

I watched the Senate remarks on the bailout bill on 10/1. Just about every senator spoke about how this bill needed to be passed swiftly as our financial system was about to crumble before our eyes, which was apparent by the 74-25 vote in favor of the bill. However, I saw Senator Tom Coburn from Oklahoma get up and make a wonderful speech about the Congress going outside the bounds of the rules enumerated in the Constitution. It was an extremely refreshing speech given the fact that every other senator promoted the unconstitutional bill. I was so moved by the speech that I called Senator Coburn's office and thanked him for actually mentioning the Constitution and pleading Congress to abide by it. Well, I must haved missed the tiny clippet in his speech where he said he planned on supporting the bill, because that's just what he did. He made this moving speech about Constitutionality, then he turned around and took the unconstitutional route and voted for the bill. We need more than lip service and fancy speeches. Leave that to Obama...that's his forte. We need our DC Representatives to actually vote within the bounds of the Consitution, or else we need to storm the Capitol and take this country back.

Below is his speech...

Obama & ACORN

Obama bases his experience that qualifies him for President solely on being a "community organizer". Well, we're learning more and more about what "community organizer" really means. Obama has ties to the radical "community organizing" group ACORN. And ACORN, after the Community Reinvestment Act was passed into law in 1977, has a record of pressuring banks to make bad loans to people who can't afford them which has gotten us into the mess we're in now. Not only did Barack Obama accept the 2nd highest amount of money from Fannie and Freddie lobbyists, he is also connected with this organization that had a huge part in facilitating the housing crisis. So, ipso facto, Obama is a main contributor to the mess we're in now. In addition, ACORN is being investigated for voter fraud in several states. I wonder who will be trying to steal the election this year. This is the "change" we need??? This is just proof that democrat, socialist policies don't work.
